1. Acceptance
You must explicitly accept the Terms of Use when creating an account. The KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy Policy are provided for informational purposes; presenting them does not by itself constitute explicit consent or acceptance of a contract.
2. Description of the Service
Pedigre Pro is an educational, informational and data-tracking portal that offers educational content on pigeon breeding (the guide articles on the marketing site and the "Pedigre Academy" educational documents), and also allows breeders to digitally keep pedigree, flight, nutrition, health, cost/income and reminder records. The paid (Premium) tier of the service includes both access to this educational content and unlimited use of the data-tracking tools (see Section 9).
3. Account Responsibility and Age Requirement
By registering, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and take responsibility for actions carried out through your account. The service is designed for users aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 may only use the service under the knowledge and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian. If you suspect any issue with your account, please notify us at pedigrepro@gmail.com.
4. User Content
All data you enter into the app (pigeon records, notes, photos, etc.) belongs to you. Pedigre Pro only hosts this data to provide the service; it does not claim ownership of it and does not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Prohibited Uses
- Using the service for unlawful purposes,
- Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account,
- Activities aimed at disrupting the security or operation of the system (automated scraping, excessive load, etc.),
- Misleading third parties by entering false or misleading pedigree/lineage information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Pedigre Pro name, logo, interface design and software code belong to Pedigre Pro/its founders. Except for user content, no element of the service may be copied or distributed without permission.
7. Provision of the Service and Disclaimer of Warranty
The service is provided "as is." Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed; maintenance, infrastructure-provider-related outages, or unexpected situations may occur. Regularly exporting your data with the JSON backup feature in Settings is recommended.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pedigre Pro cannot be held liable for indirect damages (data loss, loss of profit, etc.) arising from use of the service. Consumers' statutory rights in consumer transactions remain reserved.
9. AI-Powered Features
The service offers an AI-powered scanning feature ("Foreign Pedigree Scan") that automatically reads a photo of a pedigree/lineage document and extracts pedigree-tree information. Its output is an automated draft and cannot be considered final or definitively accurate. Where the document provides no clear evidence for a father/mother role, the relationship is not saved as a guess: it is marked uncertain on the review screen and cannot be imported until you resolve it. You can compare and correct fields and relationships against the source image before approval. You are solely responsible for verifying every piece of information you approve and add to your records; Pedigre Pro cannot be held liable for incorrect, incomplete or wrongly matched AI output or its consequences. A scan credit is not refunded when a scan technically completes, even if you do not approve or need to correct it; a credit is automatically refunded when a technical error prevents completion.
10. Membership Plans and Trial
The service is offered under two plans: a free trial and a paid, yearly Premium membership. The trial duration and usage limits are clearly shown on the registration screen. Premium membership removes the trial limits (unlimited pigeons/flights/records) and provides unlimited access to all documents in the "Pedigre Academy" educational library — trial accounts and non-Premium members can only see the titles of the documents in this library plus the first (free preview) document. See the Subscription Agreement for pricing, payment and renewal terms. When a trial or Premium membership ends, data is not deleted as a rule; functions such as creating new records may be restricted according to the plan's terms.
11. Account Closure, Deletion and Data Copy
Requests to close your account, delete your personal data, or prepare a copy of your account data are sent from your registered email address to pedigrepro@gmail.com. After identity verification, the request is concluded within 30 days at the latest. Records that must be retained by law are outside this scope.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and consumer arbitration boards have jurisdiction over disputes.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated; significant changes will be communicated to you.
