1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?
Instead of traditional advertising/tracking cookies, Pedigre Pro uses your browser's local storage (localStorage). The table below explains what this storage is used for.
2. Types of Storage Used
| Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session/authentication (required) | Pedigre Pro refresh token — keeps you signed in when “Remember me” is selected; the access token stays in memory only | Until sign-out or expiry, no later than 30 days |
| Preference (not required) | Your selected theme, form drafts (unfinished records) | On your device, until you clear it |
No advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
3. Third-Party Services
The map view may fetch tiles from OpenStreetMap, the interface may fetch fonts from Google Fonts, and the landing page may load a YouTube video. Google Analytics/Tag Manager may be loaded in production for anonymous usage measurement. These services may retain technical logs such as IP addresses under their own policies.
4. How to Clear This Storage
You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings using the "Clear site data/localStorage" option; doing so will sign you out.
5. Changes
If this policy is updated, the current version will be published on this page.
