1. Parties
Service Provider: Kemal Anlayışlıol (a natural person). The service is provided by a natural person benefiting from the social-content-producer/digital-content-producer exemption under Repeated Article 20/B of the Turkish Income Tax Law, with an approved exemption certificate; accordingly there is no separate commercial company title or tax/MERSIS number (should the scope of this exemption and/or the business structure change, e.g. a transition to a sole proprietorship, this section will be updated). Consumer/Buyer: The full name and email address you provided at registration.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the Premium (Yearly) Membership service offered electronically through Pedigre Pro.
3. Essential Characteristics of the Service
The service provides full access to educational content on pigeon breeding (the "Pedigre Academy" educational documents), together with pigeon pedigree/lineage record-keeping, flight, health, nutrition, cost-income tracking and certificate-generation features, delivered electronically as a term membership. The product is not delivered physically and becomes instantly accessible through your account.
4. Price and Payment
Yearly fee: 1,000 TRY. This is a launch-period promotional price valid only for the first 100 Premium members; the fee may subsequently be updated for new memberships, and any price change will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect (see the Subscription Agreement, Sections 3 and 5). Payments are made via bank transfer to a bank account; after sending the payment, the user reports it, and once the payment is reviewed and approved, the membership is automatically activated/extended. Card details never pass through this system at any stage and are not stored on Pedigre Pro's servers; a direct card-payment option will be added separately in the future. For users who register via the mobile app (Android/iOS): due to store policies, bank account details and the "report payment" step are not shown within the mobile app; this step is completed on the pedigrepro.com website using the same account. After approval, Premium status becomes automatically active on the same account across all platforms (web, Android, iOS).
5. Method of Performance
Once payment is approved, your access to the service opens instantly (electronically).
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for this membership — which is digital content/service performed instantly in electronic form (including access to educational content) and for which the consumer has given prior consent waiving the right of withdrawal — the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once your access to the service has been opened. This exception is brought to your attention at the time of purchase through a separate, explicit confirmation (checkbox). Your right of withdrawal is preserved before access is opened.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade fall under the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees; disputes exceeding those limits fall under the jurisdiction of Consumer Courts (both in Türkiye).
8. Effective Date
This agreement takes effect once electronically confirmed at the payment step.
